About
We took the job nobody at your company has time for.
ScaleSight AI runs a secure, company-wide AI workspace for small and mid-sized businesses, and builds the AI workflows, templates, and agents that go inside it. The job nobody at a 60-person company has time to own is the job we took.
Every small and mid-sized business is being told to adopt AI. Almost none of them have anyone whose job it is to decide what that means, what it should cost, or whether it is working.
So it happens anyway, without them. People sign up for their own accounts, paste in whatever they are working on, and get real value from it, which is exactly why it spreads. What does not spread is any record of what went where, any consistency in what comes back out, or any line in a budget that says what the whole thing costs.
That gap is the company. ScaleSight AI does the four things that decide whether AI gets traction: we set and watch the budget team by team, we put the work in one place so good method spreads instead of dying in somebody’s private chat history, we report what AI is actually being used for, and our team keeps shipping new templates, agents, and workflows every month.
How we think about it
Four things we believe, which show up in the work
Start with what is already true
Every engagement opens by finding out what is actually happening in your company, not what the org chart says should be. The readiness review is uncomfortable on purpose.
Better beats blocked
Policies that only prohibit get routed around by people trying to do their jobs. Governance works when the sanctioned path is the easier one.
A number you can defend
If you cannot say what AI costs this year and what it returned, you do not have a program. You have subscriptions. We would rather recommend fewer seats than lose that.
Judge us in month nine
Provisioning is trivial and anyone can do it. What is worth paying for is whether your team is still using this three quarters from now, and whether something new landed each month in between.
Where we came from
We have kept companies running through the hard weekends
Before AI, this team delivered infrastructure programs, cloud migrations, and network buildouts: the projects where a business has to keep trading through the work and somebody has to be accountable at two in the morning when a cutover needs rolling back.
We say so here because it is the reason our commitments about data handling, identity, and access are worth anything. Advice about AI from people who have never had to keep a company running through a migration tends to be cheap in every sense.
Part of a group
Koine Cyber
ScaleSight AI is one of the companies Koine Cyber invests in. The group also holds managed IT and cybersecurity providers and a specialist recruiting firm, which means that when a need runs past what we do, there is a coordinated answer rather than a referral into the dark. Each engagement is still contracted with the company delivering it.
Find out what AI is already costing you.
The readiness review is where every engagement starts. Where AI is already being used, what data it is touching, what it costs across the expense reports, and what it would take to bring it under control. You get the findings whether or not you go further.
